Abstract

Medicare and Medicaid CMS claim processing systems deal with incredible healthcare information. Hence, proper management of such data is crucial in facilitating service delivery to patients and relevant authorities in health facilities. In this study, we utilize claims processing efficiency to determine the organizational performance within data conversion technologies as they take advantage of inefficient, outdated systems and inaccurate data. When current technologies in DA methods are used in operation, they effectively reduce such loopholes, increase the data conversion rate, and thus increase the operation process. This approach consists of numerical value analysis and case studies to identify trends and assess a successful practice. Positive results show a drastic increase in processing efficiency and reduced costs within automation and Machine Learning environments. The findings presented in this research work offer directions to improve Medicare and Medicaid claims systems.
