1. Manuscript Preparation
Content: Manuscripts should be relevant to the Aims and Scope of Journal mentioned on the Journal website.
Formatting: Manuscripts should be formatted according to the journal's template, which includes specific requirements for margins, font size, and style.
Language: Submissions must be in English. Ensure that the manuscript is proofread for grammar and clarity.
2. Submission Process
Online Submission: Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal's online submission system.
Cover Letter: A cover letter must accompany the manuscript, stating the work's originality and its significance to the field.
3. Article Processing Charge (APC)
Fee Structure: Well Testing charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of $450 for each manuscript accepted for publication. This fee covers the costs of publication and ensures that your work is freely accessible to all upon publication. Authors will be asked for APC after acceptance of their articles. No APC shall be refunded in any case.
4. Peer Review
Process: Each submission undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review process, where both the reviewers’ and authors' identities are kept confidential.
Duration: Authors can expect the first round of reviews to be completed within 15 days.
5. Copyright and Licensing
Policy: Upon acceptance, authors are required to sign a copyright transfer agreement, granting the journal the right to publish and distribute the article.
Open Access: Articles are published under an open access license, allowing anyone to read, download, and share the article freely.
6. Ethics and Malpractice
Originality: All manuscripts must be the original work of the authors and not under consideration by any other publication.
Plagiarism: Manuscripts are screened for plagiarism, and instances of plagiarism will lead to rejection of the manuscript.
7. Post-Publication
Access: Articles will be immediately accessible upon publication.
Corrections: If errors are found post-publication, authors should promptly contact the editorial office for corrections.
