Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between irrational beliefs and psychosocial alienation among women of unknown parentage. The research problem was defined by the following questions
What is the level of irrational thinking among women of unknown parentage? What is the level of psychological alienation among women of unknown Do irrational ideas lead to psychosocial alienation among women of unknown parentage?
The case study method was used on a single case, and the psychological alienation scale of Zainab Shaqeir was used. The researchers designed a questionnaire for irrational beliefs, the validity and reliability of which were calculated. The tree drawing test and the real and imaginary family drawing test were also used, and the following results were obtained:
Women of unknown parentage exhibit a high level of irrational beliefs and a high level of psychological alienation.
These irrational beliefs lead to psychological alienation in women of unknown parentage
