Study on the calculating method for mission life of SDDC hydraulic percussion
Keywords:
Crack propagation, EvaluationAbstract
Combining with theoretical evaluation on impact load of SDDC hydraulic percussion and using Paris formula for crack propagation rate, mission life of SDDC hydraulic percussion is calculated theoretically. The calculation indicates that the mission life of SDDC hydraulic percussion is related to structure, selected material, and the working conditions. It can be expanded by improving the internal structure, adopting strong ductile materials, choosing drilling pump rate and pressure on the basis on practical working conditions.
