Employing Internet of Things Technologies In Developing Archive Center Services

Abstract

Today, various countries in the world have moved towards benefiting from the applications of artificial intelligence in various fields, and there is no doubt that information institutions and archive centers are one of the sectors that can benefit from the applications of these technological developments and apply them in their field of work and services. This study aims to identify the Internet of Things technology, which is considered one of the modern applications of artificial intelligence, and how it can be used in the field of archives to transform into smart information institutions that provide advanced and qualitative information services, whether for information specialists or beneficiaries. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach.The study also touched on the various requirements and equipment that can be provided to adopt these projects, highlighting the most important challenges and difficulties facing archive institutions and information centers to employ these technologies
