Abstract

This paper is devoted to the process of merging diverse payment methods such as ACH, cards, wallets, FedNow, RTP and paying via online application to provide a frictionless and unified payment experience across different channels. This study investigates how to revamp these systems together to increase user satisfaction through flexibility, speed, and security. The study has emphasized that the transaction efficiency is improved by full use of instant payment rails, such as FedNow and RTP, decreasing delays and errors. Also, adherence to regulatory guidelines like PCI-DSS is also highlighted as one of the aspects that may lead to safe and trusted transactions. The approach will integrate the qualitative and quantitative studies and will use the surveys, interviews, and case studies in order to obtain information about the industry professionals and consumers. The most important findings illustrate that integrated payment system will enhance user experience; ease processes, and induce confidence brought about by the security provisions provided. The research adds substantial knowledge to the manner through which business can utilise such integrations to address the new requirements of the digital payment’s world.
