Abstract

There have been many positive and negative changes brought about by the introduction of technology into physical education (PE), which has affected teachers, students, and the PE industry at large. the complex terrain of physical education (PE) technology integration, illuminating its possible benefits and the challenges that institutions and teachers encounter in this area. Wearable fitness trackers, smartphone applications, virtual reality simulations, and digital coaching platforms are just a few examples of the many tools and applications that make use of technology in physical education. By facilitating interaction, extending the reach of learning beyond conventional limits, and offering real-time feedback, these technologies have the potential to elevate the PE experience.
