This research focuses on new data trends in the telecommunications industry and their further development using analytical methods. Looking at real-time data processing, customer behaviour analytics and predictive modelling, the study exposes how these trends improve operation, customer satisfaction and innovation. The real-world problem and its solution with this format are illustrated in & working with difficulties in the telecommunication market: the paper sheds light upon the present-day applications and advantages of utilizing data analytics through concrete cases of successful telecom businesses. The presented results indicate a strong focus on the utilization of data-driven approaches as a foundation of telecommunications development, the results of which can be used by market participants. This analysis adds to the body of knowledge regarding how augmented data analysis can change the social landscape of a society that is becoming more interconnected through technology.
