Abstract

This paper aims to understand how generative AI disrupts business consulting by providing new change strategies that alter normative approaches. AI has also increased the optimization level in data analysis, forecasting, and decision-making through other generative models like GPT and frameworks. The study uses case studies and comparative analysis to assess the advantages of AI in different spheres of consumers' lives. Thus, findings indicate improvements such as increased levels of client satisfaction, cost-cutting measures, improved accuracy and better strategies. Issues of ethical concern are addressed concerning implementation, costs, and numerous other practical implications. The research also points to the possibility of honing generative AI, bringing new innovation opportunities and keeping business consulting relevant.
