Abstract

Cloud computing infrastructure has dramatically improved, with AI providing unique propositions for performance and capacity. This paper presents Artificial Intelligence technologies' roles in resource management, productivity enhancement, and flexible growth in Cloud Computing systems. A correlational research approach was used in this study through data collection from industry participants' performance and case studies, as well as qualitative analysis of firms' AI integration measures. Specific studies show that AI techniques have minimal impact on operational latency and improve resource management, thus providing cloud systems with better workload adaptability. These results indicate a new era in managing/preparing the clouds, as AI leads to real-time decision-making/automation. The repercussions are significant to the CSP because AI implementation facilitates better CSP operations, lowers costs, and efficiently satisfies users' requirements. Subsequent work will entail enhanced AI approaches to strengthen the scalability problem further and investigate the use cases in various cloud environments.
