Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-assisted emotional discharge in alleviating symptoms of major depression and improving emotional regulation among pre-consummation divorceeses. Employing a comparative descriptive methodology, the sample consisted of 60 pre-consummation divorceesd women suffering from major depressive disorder, divided into two groups. An experimental group underwent a four-week AI-facilitated emotional discharge intervention, while a control group did not receive this intervention. The results revealed a significant reduction in depression levels and an improvement in emotional regulation in the experimental group compared to the control group. This indicates the effectiveness of AI as a supportive tool for psychological support.
