Abstract

This article investigates the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing employee well-being within the human resources (HR) sector, with a focus on remote work, complex talent management, and escalating workplace stress. The study addresses a central question: to what extent does AI effectively promote well-being in HR management, and what are its limitations? Through a systematic literature review and case studies, the research evaluates how AI optimizes HR processes and fosters supportive work environments. Findings indicate that AI significantly enhances operational efficiency by automating repetitive tasks, thereby enabling HR professionals to prioritize strategic initiatives that bolster employee well-being. Key outcomes include AI-driven tools improving employee engagement through personalized support and data-driven insights, which contribute to enhanced job satisfaction. However, ethical challenges, data privacy concerns, and the potential for depersonalized HR interactions present substantial limitations. The study concludes that while AI offers considerable benefits for HR management, its implementation requires careful consideration of ethical principles to maintain trust and human connection. The findings highlight the importance of integrating AI thoughtfully to complement human judgment.
