Endodontics is experiencing a revolution through artificial intelligence (AI), which produces better diagnostics alongside improved treatment strategies and superior patient results. Various endodontic aspects now employ artificial intelligence through machine learning deep learning, and robotic systems, which enable early dental lesion detection, sophisticated radiographic evaluation, and robotic root canal treatment. Modern technology delivers exact treatments, shortened procedural times, and enhanced patient convenience. Patient-specific treatment plans created through AI analysis increase success rates during endodontic procedures. The future possibilities for AI development involve predictive analytics combined with real-time data processing capabilities alongside expanded task automation capabilities. Combining AI capabilities in endodontic settings offers better clinical choices, economic reduction, and operational excellence that leads dental care toward evolutionary development. AI plays a crucial role in defining how endodontics will develop in the future years.
