Irregularities in the peer review process and inconsistencies in the submission timeline suggest potential manipulation, raising concerns about the integrity of the peer review.

These actions are in violation of the ethical standards set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), which the journal follows. To preserve the transparency and trustworthiness of the scholarly record, the article has been formally retracted.
